3D printed realistic canine base
Please note, that with 3D printing there will always be a very small seam line and layers to the print, this happens with all 3D FDM printing but with the variable layer height we print in this should be very very minimal
Printed in Toughened PLA, hinges are already built into the design, the head base arrives assembled via the hinge with removable rivets and will also include a set of springs. There is a slot in the spring area there, should you wish to use elastic instead (we do not provide elastic, we only provide the spring). There are three slots at the back for the attachment of straps as seen in the images. The eyelids are built into the base, and the gap next to them is the viewing port
Additional Extras:
-40MM glass eye blanks (not painted)
-Chin bumper (can be glued on the area pictured, to help improve the fit of the mask and operation of the jaw movement)
Size: The base pictured here classes as a medium, we can offer our masks in small (21"), and large (23"+), and sizes can be tailored to fit so please feel free to contact us if you have any requirements :)
