3D printed Pony base (static jaw)

Please note, that with 3D printing there will always be a very small seam line and layers to the print, this happens with all 3D FDM printing but with the variable layer height we print in this should be very very minimal!

- Base kit Deluxe (head base, eye blanks (with custom mesh), jaw set)

DETAILS: Printed in Toughened PLA as one unit, there are three slots at the back for the attachment of straps as seen in the images (straps are not included)

This is a head base, you will need to purchase padding, glue, fur and fabrics to finish this head base. hot glue: we recommend TECBOND 261 or any equivalent hot glue that is suited to plastics for the fur, and clear glues like contact cement/E6000/Two-part epoxy’s for any plastic to plastic work

SIZE: The standard 'medium' size will fit a 21"-23" head with no problems, large suited to 23-25" and small size for 20-21" :) please feel free to send a message if you are unsure on sizing or need any help!
