3D printed Toony small nose canine base with moving jaw
Please note, that with 3D printing there will always be a very small seam line and layers to the print, this happens with all 3D FDM printing but with the variable layer height we print in this should be very very minimal!

DETAILS: Printed in Toughened PLA, hinges are already built into the design, the head base arrives assembled via the hinge with removable rivets and will also include a set of springs. There is a slot in the spring area there, should you wish to use elastic instead (we do not provide elastic, we only provide the spring). There are three slots at the back for the attachment of straps as seen in the images (straps are not included)
The chin cup can be glued down wherever you feel is best

- Base kit Deluxe (head base, nose, eye blanks (with custom mesh), chin cup, jaw set, foam ears (your choice of ear shape))

The images here show the base with 3D following eyes, but upon request I can provide the 2D curved eyes with eyelids

SIZE: The standard size will fit a 22"-24.5" head with no problems, if you have a smaller or larger head than the standard size I can adjust the model as needed :) please feel free to send a message if you are unsure

This is a head base, you will need to purchase padding, glue, fur and fabrics to finish this head base. hot glue: we recommend TECBOND 261 or any equivalent hot glue that is suited to plastics
